Booking & Refund Policy

• Bookings must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled safari.
• Full payment is required when making a booking.
• If you cancel 2 days or more before the drive, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Refunds may take up to 30 days to process after approval.
